The Avalanches have announced a new Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. It will be broadcast on August 27, according to a new tweet from the group, and marks their first Essential Mix in just under 15 years. Revisit their first Essential Mix from 2001 below, featuring tracks from the Beach Boys, Daft Punk, Hall and Oates, Aphex Twin, and more.
