A$AP Mob Sued By Woman Allegedly Injured In Crowd Surfing Incident

A$AP Mob Sued By Woman Allegedly Injured In Crowd Surfing Incident

A$AP Mob is being sued by a woman who claims she was injured at the group's 2013 performance at the Fonda Theater in Hollywood, TMZ reports. According to the brief, Tammy Nguyen claims to have been hit by A$AP Ferg when he jumped into the crowd, after which she had to fight her way out with little help from security. Nguyen is suing both A$AP Mob and Ferg.

A$AP Rocky was previously charged with assault over allegedly slapping female concertgoer at last year's Made in America Fest in Philadelphia.

The plaintiff claimed in her filed documents that the incident caused her to suffer from a variety of ailments which prevent her from "enjoy[ing] society with her minor child as a young, single mother." She also argued that Rocky has a history of similar behavior, citing an incident where he appeared to slap a fan at a concert in Sydney, Australia two months before the Made in America set. These allegations have yet to be reconciled.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra Share "Multi-Love" Video, Interactive Video Game App

Unknown Mortal Orchestra Share "Multi-Love" Video, Interactive Video Game App

Unknown Mortal Orchestra have shared the video for "Multi-Love", the title track from their forthcoming album, due May 26. Check it out below. Directed by Lionel Williams, the video explores a colorful digital world—one that you, too, can visit thanks to an interactive app the band released along with the video. It's available for PC, Mac, and Unity.

Williams, who also designed the app, described the concept in a press release:

It is meant to represent the vacuum of space by impressing upon inter-dimensional unfolding, immaterial objects, and time-driven reverberation of events. The virtual space allows for most 3D objects to trail in time – based on the directions one moves. You can construct & paint the objects in space to stretch them in any direction, to create infinitely vast compositional spaces.

Also, they've added more dates to their upcoming tour. Check out the revised schedule here.

Radiohead's OK Computer To Be Archived in the Library of Congress

Radiohead's OK Computer To Be Archived in the Library of Congress

According to an announcement made this morning by the National Recording Registry, Radiohead's 1997 smash OK Computer will be preserved in the Library of Congress alongside the Doors' eponymous 1967 debut, Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill , Joan Baez' Joan Baez , Cole Porter's Kiss Me, Kate from 1949, and more.

According to the press release:

Under the terms of the National Recording Preservation Act of 2000, the Librarian, with advice from the Library’s National Recording Preservation Board (NRPB), is tasked with annually selecting 25 recordings that are “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” and are at least 10 years old. The selections for the 2014 registry bring the total number of recordings on the registry to 425, a small part of the Library’s vast recorded-sound collection of nearly 3 million items.

Also making the annual list were Sly and the Family Stone's Stand! (from 1969), 20 songs compiled in 1995's Sesame Street: All-Time Platinum Favorites, and other spoken-word recordings including Steve Martin's second comedy album A Wild and Crazy Guy .

Devonté Hynes and Neneh Cherry Share "He, She, Me" Video

Dev Hynes and Neneh Cherryhave shared a new collaboration called "He, She, Me" via an elaborately-choreographed video directed by Kathryn Ferguson for Selfridges. According to a press release, the song and video work together as an exploration of the idea of Agender. The performance was choreographed by Ryan Heffington.

Said Ferguson:

"The film is an evolving journey through a subtle push and pull between masculinity and femininity, captured entirely in one unbroken shot, utilising in-camera camera effects in a world populated by out-scaled physical props inspired by Faye Toogood's in store realisation of Agender. This film has come at a time when important conversations about gender fluidity and non-binary ways of being are finally getting a lot of attention."
