Last night, Hudson Mohawke threatened to leak a collection of unreleased beats intended for Kanye West and Drake, claiming on Twitter that he was yet to receive payment for his work. (That tweet has since been deleted.) Shortly after, he tweeted that his "wonderful friends and family" had talked him out of it, before explaining this morning that he couldn't afford the potential legal consequences. See his tweets below.
Last December, a collection of Hudson Mohawke beats called frank o0000oocean appeared on Reddit. Despite the title implying they were unreleased Frank Ocean instrumentals, HudMo confirmed they "are some roughs [he] demo'd [with] a few [people]."
