Drake's OVO Fest returns to Toronto for its fifth year on August 3-4. This year's event will feature OutKast as a headliner plus many more "special guests." Past performers at OVO Fest have included Kanye West, the Weeknd, James Blake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and more.
