Rick Ross (real name: William Roberts) has been arrested in Georgia, TMZ reports. Ross has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery, owing to an incident earlier this month where he allegedly pistol-whipped a man working at one of his homes and prevented him from leaving.
The arrest was conducted by U.S. Marshals and the Fayette Country sheriff's department, and took place this morning. Ross' bodyguard, Nadrian James, was also arrested, Variety reports.
Ross was also arrested earlier this month in Georgia, after being caught with marijuana in his car.
