The Weeknd Enlists Kanye, Drake, Nas, Ghostface, More for “Tell Your Friends” Remix: Listen

The Weeknd’s XO collective has launched a new SoundCloud account for “rarities, remixes, and other unreleased material.” The first two releases are “Secret Passionfruit”—a mashup of the Weeknd’s “Secrets” and Drake’s “Passionfruit,” which premiered on “OVO Sound Radio”—and an extended remix of the Kanye West-produced “Tell Your Friends.” The new version features West, Young Braised, Nas, Ghostface Killah, Drake, and Belly. The “Tell Your Friends (Extended Remix)” compiles previously-shared freestyles over the Beauty Behind the Madness song. West’s verse, for example, came in a 2015 track called “When I See It,” while Nas’ verse was performed at the Met Gala in 2016.  Hear both tracks below.
