Broken Social Scene were the musical guests on last night’s episode of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.” They performed their new song “Halfway Home” with guests Emily Haines and James Shaw of Metric, as well as Amy Millan and Evan Cranley of You Are Stars. Check it out below. “Halfway Home” is the first offering from Broken Social Scene’s forthcoming new album, which will be their first LP since 2010’s Forgiveness Rock Record. In a recent interview, Kevin Drew said the album is finished and should be out before the autumn. Last summer, Feist revealed that she’s on the record. Broken Social Scene head out on tour in May.
