Azealia Banks Arrest Warrant Issued in Boob Biting Case

A New York judge has issued a warrant for Azealia Banks’ arrest following a missed court date, the district attorney’s office has told Pitchfork. Banks was due in court for misdemeanor assault and attempted assault charges, as well as disorderly conduct and harassment violations, stemming from a 2015 arrest, according to court records. That year, Banks allegedly attacked a security guard at a New York nightclub. She reportedly punched the woman and bit her breast. Representatives for Banks referred Pitchfork’s requests for comment to her attorney, who said he would reply shortly.
