Help Bring This Incredibly Detailed ECM Records Jazz Studio Lego Set to Life

Lego Ideas lets the general public users pitch their ideas for officially sanctioned Lego sets. If an idea gathers enough support, Lego will review the pitch and consider whether or not they’ll mass-produce that set. One idea is for a detailed Lego set of iconic jazz label ECM Records’ studio setup. Included in the hypothetical set are a giant ECM logo, plus a studio with a performance room and control room. Figurines of Pat Metheny, label founder Manfred Eicher, engineer Jan Erik Kongshaug, Lyle Mays, and Nana Vasconcelos are included. See what it looks like, and throw your support behind the project, here.

Right now, you can also support Lego sets inspired by the Gorillaz album Plastic Beach, Hamilton, the Spice GirlsELO, the Jackson 5KissToto, and Elvis Presley. Previous Lego Ideas success stories include Lego sets based on “Adventure Time” and the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine.
