Moonlight has won the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture - Drama. The Barry Jenkins-directed film was up against Manchester By the Sea, Lion, and other dramas for the coveted award. The award is the first that the film won tonight—it was originally nominated for six awards in total.
