In the penultimate show of his Saint Pablo tour, Kanye West infamously declared that he “would’ve voted on Trump,” had he gone to the polls in the U.S. Presidential Election. West also praised Donald Trump’s approach to the election, calling it “absolutely genius.” Now, the artist has been spotted entering Trump Tower in New York City (pictured above). According to TMZ, West and Trump “will have a 15-minute sitdown,” which West reportedly requested. Below, see West enter the building, as well as video and a report from the scene. Pitchfork has reached out to West’s representatives for more information.
West’s Trump comments began an unfortunate sequence of events for the rapper. At his next concert, he lashed out against friends and politicians, and ultimately canceled the remainder of the tour. He was then admitted to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation, and stayed for over a week.
