The 59th Annual Grammy Awards will be held February 12 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and broadcast live on CBS. James Corden will host, replacing LL Cool J, who hosted the last five ceremonies. Today, the Recording Academy is announcing the 2017 Grammy nominees in two parts: First, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, the four General Field categories (Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, and Best New Artist) will be revealed on “CBS This Morning,” announced by Meghan Trainor, last year's Best New Artist winner. Then, at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Time, the rest of the nominations will be announced on Grammy.com.
