Kanye Postpones Tour Dates After Kim Kardashian Held at Gunpoint

Last night, Kanye West cut his headlining set at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival in New York City short due to a “family emergency.” The emergency was that armed robbers had descended on the Paris residency where Kim Kardashian West was staying. Holding her at gunpoint, the thieves had tied her up in the bathroom before making off with roughly $10 million worth of jewelry and other items. (Kim is “badly shaken but physically unharmed,” her spokesperson said.) Kanye will take some time off the Saint Pablo tour to spend more time with his family, Rolling Stone reports.

“Due to family concerns, this week's Philadelphia and Detroit dates on the Saint Pablo Tour have been rescheduled,” said Live Nation in a statement. The October 4 show in Philadelphia has been rescheduled to December 13; the Detroit show on October 6 will now happen on December 22.
