Modest Mouse’s Isaac Brock Crashes Into Car After Falling Asleep at the Wheel

Modest Mouse’s Isaac Brock crashed into stopped traffic after falling asleep at the wheel this morning in Portland, The Oregonian reports. Portland Police released a statement revealing that Brock crashed into the rear of a City of Portland Parks truck, “which hit a Subaru, which hit another Subaru, which likely hit a 5th car that left the scene.” Brock reportedly told police he fell asleep behind the wheel. He was evaluated for signs of intoxication, and when it was determined that he wasn’t otherwise impaired, he was cited for careless driving. There were no serious injuries.
