Salt-n-Pepa, Biz Markie, En Vogue Playing ’90s Nostalgia Crystal Pepsi Event

Yesterday, the Democratic Party formally nominated Hillary Clinton as its candidate for president, the same thing the party first did for her husband back in 1992. Also in ’92, Pepsi launched its short-lived Crystal Pepsi. Just like the Democratic Party, Pepsi is bringing the ’90s back when Crystal Pepsi returns to U.S. shelves on August 8.

To celebrate, Pepsi has announced the “Summer of ’92” event at New York City’s Terminal 5, Billboard reports. It takes place August 9, and will feature performances from Salt-n-Pepa, Biz Markie, En Vogue, and Lisa Loeb. In addition to the music, “Summer of ’92” will include a “’90s cut & style salon,” an arcade full of ’90s games, and a “recess” area with tetherball, four-square, and a “smells like ’90s scent station.”
