Pitchfork Music Festival Paris is taking place October 27-29 at Grande Halle de La Villette. In addition to the main festival, Pitchfork Music Festival Paris will set up an opening block party in the heart of the 11th arrondissement on October 25 and 26. There will be 40 shows hosted in seven venues: Café de la Danse, Badaboum, Pop Up du Label, La Loge, Café de la Presse, Supersonic, and La Mécanique Ondulatoire. Today, we're happy to announce the lineup for the block party.
Alex Cameron, Alfie Connor, Connie Constance, Fickle Friends, Frances, Jones, Klangstof, Loyle Carner, Mabel, and Smerz Mercredi will perform on October 25. Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Adia Victoria, Beaty Heart, Cherry Glazerr, Isaac Gracie, Jordan Rakei, Jorja Smith, Pi JA MA, Requin Chagrin, and Salute will perform on October 26.
The festival's lineup includes M.I.A., Explosions in the Sky, Moderat, Chet Faker, DJ Shadow, Bat For Lashes, Warpaint, Daphni (aka Caribou), Parquet Courts, Porches, Todd Terje & The Olsens, Floating Points, Mount Kimbie, SUUN, ABRA, Minor Victories, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Bonzai, Brandt Brauer Frick, and Avelino. Early bird three-day passes have already sold out. Regular three-day passes are available at progressive pricing here.
During the festival, there will also be after-parties on October 27 and 28. They'll take place at Trabendo (a five-minute walk from La Grande Halle). Tickets and more info on the opening and after parties are coming soon.
