Next week, legendary horror film director John Carpenter will release his new album Lost Themes II, the follow-up to last year's debut non-soundtrack release Lost Themes. Today, he's shared a live video for his previously-shared track "Distant Dream." Directed by Carpenter and filmed at the Village Recorder Studio in Los Angeles, the clip sees him performing the track with a full band that includes his son Cody Carpenter and godson Daniel Davis (on synthesizers and guitar, respectively). Bassist John Spiker, guitarist John Konesky, and drummer Scott Seiver round out the roster. Watch below. The director's also expanded his upcoming tour behind the release. Previously, Carpenter shared "Angel's Asylum," another cut from the LP.
