During tonight's Academy Awards, Lady Gaga performed "Til It Happens to You," from the campus sexual assault documentary The Hunting Ground. Wearing a white suit, she played a large white piano. At the song's crescendo, she was joined by a crowd of survivors on stage. The song, written by Diane Warren with Gaga, is nominated for Best Original Song. Gaga's performance was introduced by Vice President Joe Biden with a speech about preventing sexual assault and encouraging people to visit ItsOnUs.org. Watch the performance below.

Earlier this month, Gaga performed the "Star-Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl and a David Bowie tribute at the Grammys. She also won a Golden Globe for her performance in American Horror Story: Hotel.
