Wu-Tang Clan's One-of-a-Kind Album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin Has Been Sold

Wu-Tang Clan made a one-of-a-kind album called Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. It's encased in an engraved silver and nickel box, it comes with leather-bound liner notes, and it features Cher. As Forbes reports, it has now been sold.

The online auction house Paddle8 confirmed the album's sale, but would not disclose details about when it was sold, who it was sold to, how much it sold for, or whether or not the album will be available to hear on a tour of galleries or museums.

It was reported that Once Upon a Time in Shaolin wouldn't be made available for a wide release for at least 88 yearsMethod Man was told about this in an interview and responded, "That shit is fuckin' stupid." He later walked back those comments, but remained critical of Shaolin's producers, RZA and Cilvaringz.
