José González Shares Animated "Let It Carry You" Video

José González has shared an animated video for "Let It Carry You", taken from this year's Vestiges & Claws. In it, a bizarre-looking man undergoes evolution and takes flight, proceeding to embark on a surreal journey. As director Malin Johansson explains in a press release, the clip explores what it's like "to be stuck in a state of emptiness and what it means to be carried away by something, and how that then transcends from a mental notion into a physical sensation." "Let It Carry You" is also the focus for José González's newest release, a four-track EP featuring remixes of the song by Holy Ghost! and Los Angeles producer Dono Soccio, plus a live recording from a show in Los Angeles earlier this year. It's out now via Imperial Recordings; check out the cover art and tracklisting below.
