Earlier this month, Chief Keef announced a tribute concert for Dillan Harris, the 1-year-old who was killed by a car fleeing the scene of rapper Capo’s fatal shooting in Chicago on July 11. Keef planned to attend the show via hologram from a soundstage in Beverly Hills, California. He currently lives in the Los Angeles area, and he reportedly cannot be in Chicago due to outstanding warrants. The concert was originally scheduled for July 17, but got postponed due to alleged opposition to the event from Rev. Michael Pfleger, a pastor at Chicago's St. Sabina Catholic Church.
Earlier this week, Keef announced via Instagram that the concert was rescheduled for July 25, as the FADER points out. The Instagram video also alleges that the original performance was "banned by the Mayor of Chicago."
