On the heels of sharing her recent new track "No Sleeep", Janet Jackson was honored with the inaugural Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award at the BET Awards tonight in Los Angeles. To celebrate the event, Tinashe, Ciara, and Jason Derulo performed a special dance tribute to a medley of Janet Jackson songs that culminated in a group performance of "Rhythm Nation".
