Miguel, the R&B singer behind 2012's Kaleidoscope Dream and 2013's "#Beautiful" with Mariah Carey, has pleaded no contest to the DUI charge he incurred in August of last year. According to TMZ, the singer has issued an apology.
"Driving with alcohol in my system was reckless," he told reporters. "I'm really sorry and I'm taking responsibility for this mistake."
Miguel was sentenced to 3 years informal probation, fined $360, and ordered to complete an alcohol education class.
