Back in February, Head Wound City—the group featuring Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Nick Zinner, the Blood Brothers' Jordan Blilie and Cody Votolato, and the Locust's Justin Pearson and Gabe Serbian—announced a new album called A New Wave of Violence. The album is now available to be streamed in full. Find it below. The album, produced by Ross Robinson, was written over the course of a week in January 2015. It's named after a 1982 Raymond Pettibon zine. "More depth, less irony," the band said of the record's purpose in a press release. "Eliminate irony altogether. Grow up and get rid of it." Head Wound City is currently on tour supporting Savages—find those dates below.
